Return Information:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will credit or refund the merchandise amount paid for 30 days. Any return received after 30 days will receive a gift certificate for the merchandise value and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item returned without its original packaging is also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items will receive a gift certificate for the merchandise value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. C.O.D.'s not accepted. For your convenience you may contact SYW to request a return label. A $12 shipping fee will be subtracted from your return credit per package. Please call for oversized package return rates and return rates/instructions for freight items. Please call for shipping fees and to arrange freight returns.

Use Tax: Customers are responsible to report USE TAX to their respective state.

Return of international orders:
If you live outside the USA, or its territories, you will be responsible for any customs brokerage fees associated with your standard return (Please call ahead prior to returning damaged/defective/incorrect items). This process may take longer than a normal return due to what is involved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
