Raspberry Apricot Jam

All natural Raspberry Apricot Jam sweetens up ordinary toast and muffins for a scrumptious breakfast treat. Use this yummy jam on anything you might normally put jam on, such as pancakes or scones, but think outside the box and perhaps use as a filling in a layer cake recipe. There’s nothing like the fresh flavor of apricots to awaken your senses in the morning. Jams like this one are great because they boast pieces of real fruit, to add even more flavor and texture to what you’re eating. Ingredients include: cane sugar, raspberries, apricots and citrus pectin. This gourmet food item is wonderfully fat free and salt free. Refrigerate after opening. If not adding to your own pantry, pair with any of our other gourmet food items to create your own food gift basket for any occasion. Made in Maine, USA. 8.5 ounce jar.

~Recipe Idea: Apricot Glazed Ham

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place 1 fully cooked ham into an open, shallow roasting pan and bake until meat thermometer reads exact temperature.

  • In a saucepan, combine 1 jar of Raspberry Apricot Jam, ½ cup of mustard (We suggest using our Zesty Honey Mustard), 3 teaspoons of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of ginger; warm over medium heat for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside.

  • Remove ham from oven, cut off any rind, trim, smooth and score in diamond pattern. Brush with glaze and return to oven.

  • Bake for an additional 30 minutes; until nicely glazed. While cooking, continue to brush with any leftover glaze.

  • Serve on platter or cutting board and let stand for 5 minutes before eating. Serve with a side of our Portland Beer Mustard to complete the meal.
