How do you ship?
Most smaller packages will ship Fedex Smart Post and its partnership with the United States Postal Service. Other items will ship Fedex Home.
Can I track my order on-line once it has shipped?
Currently our website is not able to show status of your order. If your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package(s). If the item ships from our manufacturer it is not possible to send the tracking information to you. To view all Fedex deliveries bound for your address, including ours, you may sign up free of charge for Fedex Delivery Manager by clicking here.
Why is your shipping and handling so expensive?
Fuel prices and the costs associated with residential deliveries are the biggest challenges. We do our best to control our shipping and handling costs. In fact, despite annual increases from parcel carriers, SYW has managed to hold our shipping costs flat for over two years. SYW also offers free shipping promotions in many of our catalogs as well as through e-mail promotions. Please note, our free shipping promotions are not applicable to orders outside the Contiguous U.S. Sign up here to receive those promotions.

Do you Gift Wrap?
No, Gift Wrapping is not available for any item.
May a Gift Message be enclosed?
Yes, we would be more than happy to hand write a brief message to your gift recipient at no extra charge for products that are shipped from SYW. If the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer, the message will appear on the packing slip. Please add your comment/gift message to the appropriate field on the order form.
Do you honor requests for Special Orders?
We are able to special order certain braided rugs in custom sizes. If you would like a special order pricing agreement mailed to you please call 1-800-231-8060.
May I find out the name of the manufacturer of your products?
We apologize but because of agreements with our vendors, that information is not available to our customers.
