Born and raised in Keene, New Hampshire, folk artist Tim Campbell's unique style has caught national attention. After most recently being recognized in New Hampshire Magazine, he is quickly emerging as a premier primitive artist of today. Growing up surrounded by antiques, his style reflects early New England colonial life.

In 2010, Campbell was honored with the highest award as a traditional artisan in "The Early American Life" magazine's Directory of Traditional American Crafts. Tim's work can be found in galleries around the United States and internationally.

Fort McHenry Print

The Colonial Era

The 1700's and early 1800's were the beginning of America's history, captured here in Tim Campbell's iconic folk art style. Fort McHenry inspired a young poet named Francis Scott Key to compose "The Star Spangled Banner," our national anthem. The Fort McHenry Print features an inscription: "The Bombardment of Fort McHenry 1814." Add historical charm to any room in your home, particularly a living room, den or home office. You can also give an authentic American made print to the history buff in your life as an extra special present.

A Friend of Sturbridge

After spending some quality time with Tim, we were able to see how he gains his inspiration on a daily basis. Specifically, his very friendly dog Otis is a very important part of Tim's life. He goes everywhere Tim goes and even has a collection of his own "Otis" portraits! We are so proud of Tim's accomplishments and everything he is working on for the future. Watch our interview with Tim with the video below.
