Return Information

If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, we will credit or refund the merchandise amount paid within 30 days. After 30 days and up to 6 months you will receive a gift certificate for the merchandise value which is subject to a 20% restocking fee. A restock fee may be applied if items are returned without original packaging. It is advised that you contact Customer Service to request a return label. A return fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit per label used. Return fees may vary. Please call for oversize/freight item returns. Personalized items will receive a gift certificate for merchandise value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Use Tax: Customers are responsible to report USE TAX to their respective state.

Return from international locations:
If you live outside the USA, or its territories, you will be responsible for any customs brokerage fees associated with your standard return.

Please call ahead prior to returning damaged/defective/incorrect items. This process may take longer than a normal return due to what is involved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
