Tools Required

  • 7/16” end wrench or small adjustable wrench
  • Medium screwdriver

Hardware Included

  • 4x  3” brass capped bolts (For connecting Back to Sides)
  • 4x  7/8” seat rings (For connecting Back to Sides)
  • 4x  5/8” brass slotted machine screws (For connecting Spring Unit to rear of Sides)
  • 4x  1/4" nuts (For connecting Spring Unit to rear of Sides)
  • 4x  1” zinc bolts (For connecting Spring Unit to front of Sides)
  • 4x  1/4” washers (For connecting Spring Unit to front of Sides)

Assembly Instructions

  • STEP 1) Slide the 4 seat rings on each back tube, then attach the tubes to the sides with 4 brass capped bolts. (Do not tighten yet.) Caution: Sides must be positioned with the 2” x 5” plates on rear legs facing towards the inside.
  • STEP 2) Position the spring unit on the floor within the frame made in step 1. (Mounting brackets of the spring unit must point down. When positioned correctly, the top of the spring unit will be 15” from floor after assembly.)
  • STEP 3) Using 2 brass slotted machine screws and 2 nuts, attach spring unit to the rear plates on each side, using the lowest holes on plate and spring unit. (Do not tighten yet.)
  • STEP 4) Using 2 bolts and 2 washers, attach spring unit to front legs, using the lowest holes on plate and spring unit. (Do not tighten yet.)
  • STEP 5) Put the remaining 2 brass machine screws in the top holes of the rear spring unit and rear plate. Then put remaining 2 bolts and washers in the top holes of the front spring unit and legs.
  • STEP 6) Tighten all fasteners.
