Caramel Apple Bread Mix

1 Container of Caramel Apple Bread Mix
1/2 Cup butter, melted
3/4 Cup of water
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon nutmeg
2 Tablespoons buter, melted
3 Tablespoons of apple juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 4 x 8 inch loaf pan or a 8 inch bundt pan. (For best results use a metal pan). Empty contents into mixing bowl. Add butter, water and eggs. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake until done, 60-70 minutes for a loaf pan or 40-45 minutes for bundt. Test with toothpick. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Remove bread from pan and allow to cool at least 15 additional minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with sliced apple glaze if desired.

Apple Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and apple juice. Whisk until smooth. Using a toothpick pierce holes into top of cooled bread. Drizzle glaze over bread and allow to drip down sides.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, granulated brown sugar, apples, cinnamon drops, toffee bits, baking powder, natural flavors, spices and sea salt.
