Blueberry Tangerine Bread Mix
1 Package of Blueberry Tangerine Bread Mix
1/2 Cup of butter, melted
3 Tablespoons of butter, softened
3/4 Cup of water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 4 x 8 inch loaf pan or a 8 inch bundt pan. (For best results use a metal pan). Prepare streusel by emptying streusel mix package into a small bowl. With fingers or a spoon, cream 3 tablespoons of softened butter into streusel mix until crumbly. Set streusel aside. Empty contents of remaining package into a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter, water and eggs. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle streusel mix over top of bread. Bake until done 60-70 minutes for loaf, 40-45 minutes for bundt. Test with a toothpick. Allow to cool in pan on a rack for 15 minutes. Then remove bread from pan and let cool for an additional15 minutes before slicing. Dust with sugar if desired.
