Atlantic Maine Marinade

~Recipe Idea: Atlantic Maine Baked Fish
- Choose 1 lb of fresh flaky white fish and rinse thoroughly. We suggest haddock or cod. Shake off excess water and pat dry.
- Place in lightly greased baking dish and pour 1/2 cup of Atlantic Maine Marinade over fish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup bread crumbs on top. Finish by squeezing the juice of 1/2 of one lemon over everything.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve on large platter, garnished with fresh wedges of the other half of lemon used.
