Regal Teak warrants the products to be free of defects in the material and workmanship for the period of 5 years from purchase, to the original owner. "Defects" as used in this warranty is defined as - imperfections which impair the utility of the product.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of teak furniture. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unreasonable use, intentional damage, unauthorized repairs, damage caused by umbrellas, infestation, fire, negligence, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, typhoons, cyclones, wind damage and other acts of God.
The First Year Warranty (Parts and Labor) is expressly limited to the replacement of teak furniture components having defects resolved through being repaired by our carpenters, or repaired by a third party furniture shop. Warranty beyond the First Year (4 Year parts) is limited to replacement of the parts or pieces of the furniture that show a defect.
If the furniture component is deemed defective within the terms of the One Year Warranty, Regal Teak will furnish a repaired or replacement component at no cost, or obtain repair services at no cost to retail customer. Beyond the period of One Year, the warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing the defective component. In event of piece replacement or repair, no assembly waiver is included.
This warranty does not cover shipping damage. Shipping Damage must be addressed with the retailer.
This warranty applies to conditions of normal use, but does not apply to intentional damage, negligence, or unreasonable use.
The terms of this warranty may change without notice, but will not be changed in a way that eliminates your original warranty.
