If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will credit or refund the merchandise amount paid for 30 days. Any return received after 30 days will receive a gift certificate for the merchandise value and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item returned without it's original packaging is also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items will receive a gift certificate for the merchandise value only. We regret shipping costs are non-refundable. C.O.D.'s not accepted. For your convenience you may contact SYW to request a return label. A $9 shipping fee will be subtracted from your return credit per package. Please call for oversized package return rates and return rates/instructions for freight items. Please call for shipping fees and to arrange freight returns.
