Pleased with desk

I have ordered several items from Sturbridge Yankee Workshop and have always been happy. This desk is exactly what I wanted. It may not be made of solid wood but it looks great once put together. I disagree with an earlier comment that it wasn't worth the price. Obviously, they did not price other "solid" wood corner desks.

I've purchased many items from Sturbbridge Yankee and I have to say this item did not meet my expectations. I would agree with the previous comment, it was not worth the money. I would have sent it back but it was assembled. I expected better quality.

The perfect desk for a small area. This desk was exactly what I needed for the corner of my small room. It's large enough for a desk top computer and it also works great for a laptop.

Made primarily of particle board

This was my first purchase from Sturbridge Yankee Workshop. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. The only parts of this desk that are not particle board are the legs. The top, the shelves and the drawer are all particle board. This is something I might have paid $29.99 at Walmart for. Even on sale at $159, this desk is not worth it.

I love the way this desk looks in the corner of my kitchen. I put it together myself and it wasn't very hard to do. I would recommend it.
